company

My cat Ivy likes to be near me. When I knit she pushes her way onto my lap and settles in. There's not much better than a warm purring kitty on your lap to comfort the soul.

Your cat in the first picture looks like one I had years ago, a very very pretty one. I also enjoyed so much when they lyed on my lap, but not when I was knitting, they always played with the thread and so it was often very wet and fuzzy. (Very lovely collar, too, so elegant!)
Thank you so much also for your friendly words, I am so sorry for having lost your email-address, so I will reply here: I am not very good in translating recipes, so many special words which I don´t find in my dictionary. But I googled a bit and found this http://www.virtualcities.com/ons/on/k/onkb6011.htm
If you take the whole address, there is a cheesecake muffin recipe in english and with english measurements. (We have grams here in Germany) The only different in this recipe is, that instead of the egg I have putted lemon juice into the cream cheese. And no chocolate chips on top, but this sounds nice, must try it the next time. I just started to cook seriously for us one year ago, since I finished work, and so I still have to learn a lot of things. (Especially meat!) This is a great blog with a lot of recipes and links to other cook blogs, the pictures itself make my mouth watering. www.deliciousday.com
And with googling for you muffin recipe I discovered, that for every meal there are hundreds of recipes on the internet, absolutely great. So there will be no need in future to buy new cook books.
Sorry for having written here so much, I hope you don´t mind.
Have a lovely day and week,
best wishes, Suzi
